We provide a High School Reunion tracking service for the graduating seniors, so that when it’s time to plan their reunion, the addresses will be current and up to date. Reunion Resource will also help the Alumni plan their reunion, and continue tracking for the next reunion.

Our experience and research shows that when it comes time to plan your first reunion, tracking everyone down is the most time consuming and frustrating part of the whole process.

This can be directly linked to serveral factors.

 Many times a complete list is not available from the school. Many of the last names of students have changed. More than 50% of the class has moved more than once. Statistics show that classes that have not utilized a tracking service average only about 20% of the class at their reunion. Using Reunion Resource can more than double your attendance.

We are able to keep track of the many changes by using several different methods with one result in mind… keeping track of the graduating Senior class.

Depending on the tracking program we provide annual mailings using first class postage, not bulk mail. This allows us to capture and update people who have moved and have provided a change of address.

Countless search engines are utilized on the internet to help find any missing classmates. We do regular email reminders to our alumni requesting them to update any address changes on our website.

A “missing classmates” list is provided in the next year’s mailing requesting your classmates to contact us with the missing classmates contact information.

Before graduation we will provide you with an enrollment form for each of the students to complete. The form includes their current address, email address, and an alternate address of a friend or relative. Each graduate is also provided an information sticker on how to reach us. The sticker can be placed in either their yearbook or diploma cover. When we have reunion information, we will request that your school post the information on their website.

In the 9th year, we will help you form a reunion committee, and help you plan your reunion. Part of our reunion planning service includes tracking for the next reunion.
